Our modular control electronics can be applied to applications requiring digital, analog and proportional control of over 100 inputs and outputs. Typical functions include
Proportional and/or digital inputs
Proportional and/or digital outputs
Condition-dependent system operation
Closed and open loop operation
Communication via RS232, RS485, CANbus, IRDA, Ethernet, RF
Hydraulic Valve Control
Programmable valve drivers, such as our 2-PAK™ Valve Driver boards offer simple, flexible control over basic hydraulic valve applications. They can be easily optimized digitally using its onboard LED display to accommodate most hydraulic valves and other devices requiring Pulse Width Modulated (PWM) signals. They can also be customized to accommodate auxiliary signals. Configuration does not require an external computer and includes the following characteristics;
Threshold
Hi-End
Ramp Up
Ramp Down
Deadband
Frequency
Auxiliary Turn On
Electric Motor Control
Designed for use with 24V bi-directional permanent magnet DC motors, the 2-PAK™ Motor Controller allows the user to gain programmable, variable output control over an electric motor. Whether you are using it in combination with a PLC, a joystick, or another input device, you can modify several important operating characteristics including threshold, ramp up and down, and the hi-end. All these features can be modified digitally using the 2-PAK M12’s onboard digital LED display. Configuration does not require an external computer.
Interface Controls
Whether it is the physical or software user interface, ICS puts special emphasis on the user’s experience in designing its control products. The complexity and functionality of a system is wasted if its usefulness cannot be made immediately obvious to the user. While many ICS control products take advantage of underlying architecture, our designs allow the cosmetics of the front-end interface to be easily optimized for unique applications.
